SHOW DESCRIPTION

VIRTUAL Workshop

A practical session allowing participants to take stock of the kinds of stories that are put forward by mainstream media around climate change. Under the guidance of guest artist Chantal Bilodeau new narratives will be explored to find a different, more positive approach. Then short performances will be created using some of the ideas they came up with.

This workshop will be offered online.

Facilitated by Chantal Bilodeau

Chantal Bilodeau is a Montreal-born, New York-based playwright and translator, whose work focuses on the intersection of science, policy, art, and climate change. She will be serving as the FemFest 2020 Artist-in-Residence, hosting workshops, leading a community forum and working with the Launchpad Program.
