Bike

The University of Winnipeg offers several locations for secured bike parking, though these are rented monthly.

There are also several open-access outdoor bike parking locations: located on the main campus, in B-Lot, Science Complex, along Portage and Langside and the Buhler Building, and along Portage Ave. There are miscellaneous bike racks throughout the campus.

  • The University of Winnipeg advises that cyclists take the following precautions with their bikes:
    Use a high quality U-lock
  • Remove your quick-release tire and secure it to your bike frame with lock
  • Remove your seat and take it with you

** Note: There are two pre-season Jets games on September 18th and 20th at 7:00PM which will affect parking in the Portage Place Parkade and surrounding downtown area.
